He was able to CT it and get insurance here but does not know if it is possible to get it registered in France without returning to Andorra to get it re-tested and new plates. Does anyone have any idea?[/quote]So long as he can present the French authorities with the documentation that they require, the fact that the existing plates, issued by a foreign country, are out of date is not going to be an issue IMHO.
