I want nothing special just a modern chalet style to a standard design that you see all over the region. If this proves a success I want to build one house a year to sell each year for the next 10 years. BJSLIV Posted July 4, 2006 Share Posted July 4, 2006 I assume that you will be living in the house and then selling it as as your maison principale.Bear in mind that if you sell that many houses you will probably attract the attention of the taxman who may treat you as a trader. Matthew Posted July 5, 2006 Share Posted July 5, 2006 Yes, make sure you actually live in the houses you sell and that it is your main address, otherwise you are eligible for taxes on the capital gain...
