Pierre Limousin

I have a piece of land in Limousin where I want to have a house built. I want nothing special just a modern chalet style to a standard design that you see all over the region.  If this proves a success I want to build one house a year to sell each year for the next 10 years.  Does anyone know a good reliable house builder in the area (I am near St Yrieix La Perch / Bussiere Galant)

We have a house in Limousin and want to install central heating / hot water.  We thought about a large LPG tank but can anyone say if this is the cheapest fuel / running cost
