Mandy Posted February 9, 2015 Share Posted February 9, 2015 I wonder if anyone could please help. We have a house in Charente and hope to move out full-time in 2016 or 2017 the latest. I would like to set up as a dog groomer. I have researched the area a lot and after the sale of our English home we will have money to support us .I really would like to either set up as a mobile groomer or via a summer house in our garden. I could actually offer both . At home I would be to groom only one dog at a time And of course the hours would be to it in with our neighbors as much as possible.How do I apply for permission to do this ? Notably, it says (and I'm paraphrasing a bit) That the market is more or less saturated and that increasing numbers of professionals are shutting up shop because they can't make enough money to cover their overheads.....
