Plastering plasterboard partition walls.

I know the French seem to prefer taping plaster board joints but I prefer a plaster finish, my queery is english plaster goes off in approx 90 minutes, how long does french plaster take and what is it called.

All and any help much appreciated.

as far as i know and as much as i red the french donnot have a interior multi finish like ours but if you do find one plewase tell me save a lot of moving plaster  from uk a little tip any plaster that goes of quicker than uk style put a neat coat of pva on wall first delays drying time

Dont take it for granted that it is an hour. You can get it in L and C with differing setting times.

L (Long) can be 2 hours including the finish.

C (Short) around an hour.

Using 2000 C one may need to get a move on in some cases.
