Not surprising your neighbours moved! What do you do with the bodies, or do they manage to crawl away and die in agony somewhere else, so you don't even have the bother of that? Les Noyers  

This poor little girl was found and taken to a local pound where she is now desperately waiting for someone to come and take her home with them. She already looks pretty thin on arrival and is certainly suffering even more after several weeks in these very sad conditions. She is said to be young and very, very sweet and would certainly be a very loving companion who deserves to be happy.  

They are always "notre envoyé spécial".  Maybe they wouldn't look so spécial with a hat on!  

China Fake Meat Scandal  

In a travellers' camp in the north of France several dogs could be seen in appalling conditions and suffering from cruelty.  They were willing to give six of them up to rescuers without too much trouble, but brought them all out at once carried by a leg, by the neck, etc.  The dogs were taken to temporary safety in a farm with a vet until foster homes could be organised.  This video shows just how terrified they were on arrival, not even daring to get out of the car.  They are all young, but didn't yet know that man could be kind. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=pNME7GhOG4c

Soft, sweet, gentle five year old Câline is looking for a loving home .Câline was adopted from a pound about a year ago when she had been found, but her owner did not want her any longer.  Probably for the same reason, her present owner no longer wants her either.  Why?  Because gentle Câline is not good for the chasse ! One thing she is good at is being a lovely family dog and we have been asked to help find that kind family who would like to share their home with this gentle, but so far unlucky, girl.
