1. We are looking for a house for a long-term rental (6 - 9 months approx) in SW France particularly the Biarritz/Pau areas that has broadband facilities, no children but 3 well-behaved cats. I am an interiordesign consultant and my husband is a writer and very house proud!  We only need 2 bedrooms but need a good study or work space for us both. We are happy to rent off-season starting Sept/October 2007 and welcome suggestions.
2. Why dont you try a natural remedy like Bach Flower Rescue Remedy that is homeopathic and quite safe for animals. Make sure all your pets have their own personal space (a basket or bed) where they can feel safe and their own. This can help stress and calm them down. I have 3 cats, with one introduced after the others. She was also confused and stressed and attacked the other cats until we gave her a special basket and attention time for herself. Good Luck.
3. Does anyone travel Transatlantic with cats to and from France?  Does the pet passport scheme work for USA and Africa when travelling to and from France and do pets have to travel from PARIS airport or do other airports in France have pet travelling facilities? Any help or your own experiences would be much appreciated.
4.
... she has her pet passport (we brought her to France in November 2006) .... I believe that all I have to do to take her back to the UK is to have her sprayed for ticks etc at a vet and they stamp her pet passport.... is this right?   also, I've aquired a mature cat who is in season ... how long can I enjoy her nocturnal yowlings for .... she'll be into the vets the second her season stops! Many thanks
