4. I smooched with Glenn Hoddle (don't care if I spelt it wrong Tresco!) when I was 13 at my cousins engagement party - he was about 20 at the time and he was mates with my cousin who lived in Harlow.  I kept a scrap book on him afterwards and I thought he was fab. I would even watch football matches on TV just to get a glimpse of him - I'll always remember he smelled wonderful.

 14. Here's a bit of info on Harems or Hareems, thought it might be of interest[;-)] The Ottoman harem The image of a harem conjures visions of opulent surroundings filled with beautiful, sensuous women whose sole duty was to entertain an aging yet still lustful sheik or Sultan.
 15. "I have a camp bed now, set up next to the computer, and I havn't left it for 6 months." I have a normal bed set up next to mine[;-)]
 16.
"Or will you stick to your spurting Merguez?" What an image you've conjured up there SB [:-))] This'll test the mettle of the Harem; I don't suppose anyone knows what a 'gawd' is?
You know I do Tresco[:-))]
 17. "I've obviously been missing their erotic potential.  Miki, have you considered keeping a supply close by in your hareem, for the girls to nibble on?  Or will you stick to your spurting Merguez?"   Well!!  I'm SORRY SB but there is NO need for talk like that!! I'LL do all the smutty talking when it comes to Miki if you don't mind[:@]
 18.
I think Dick has got the sulks because Gay is giving him a bit of attention the other day instead of me.  Embrace it Dick.   The only way to make gravy is to take the meat juices, add water so you have about 1/2 pint of liquid, add flour or cornflour (I prefer flour) and mix into a paste.  All this should be done in the roasting pan by the way.  Then pour in some water which you boiled the greens in (this should contain a little salt) stir over the heat until it become the correct consistancy.  Add a bit of garlic, french mustard, soy sauce and gravy browning.  If you have never done this before it takes a little practice.   This is true gravy, bisto is cheating.
Can somebody ask her for her yorkshire pudding recipe 'cos' she won't give it to me - thank you!   She always does me a real welsh sunday dinner when she comes to see me and her gravy's gorgeous - she doesn't even have to pass it through a sieve!
 19.
Sweetie is a person, sweety is a sweet. What's the difference between roast beef and pea soup? Any idiot can roast beef. I'm off now, possibly permanently. Have a good time.
Thank-you!! My hero!!
 20.
Yes lets just fill this thread full of nonsense. You already do that on all the other threads sweetie!   Just filling in for Mr Smith[;-)] I think sweetie has a y at the end, didn't you go to school huh ! Regards Dick (Not as good as Dick but as Twinkie says, we do need to hold it together here, until the real Mr Smith gets back)
Don't you DARE correct my spelling!! You drop your aitches left right & centre![:@]  Doesn't he Dick?.... Dick?......DICK!!!
 21.
Do you look like a dog? I call mine 'horsey' by the way.
I wonder why? [6] WHAT? I can't help it my hubby's been away for 2 days!!!!  Where's Miki when you need him?!!!
 22.
Twinks, if you like me call your OH French, whether you like him or not. I have got sensitivity problems, but those who like me understand and accomodate them, and I feel we all (well, mainly me) benefit from it.[6]
Noooo! Nothing to do with being French - he actually LOOKS like a frog!  He doesn't mind me calling him that, it's a term of endearment for us.  He calls me his doggy wife[:-))]
 23.

OK Tresco, explique please, Dr Who phobia ? Memories shot with all the lemonade but it isn't ringing any bells ?
