Hi, My partner and our little boys are going to England for a week soon, and im home alone for a few days over the weekend 8th-11th Sept, I see that Bordeaux are playing at home v Nice on the 9th Sept 16.15ko. I was keeping my fingers crossed that Chelsea and Bordeaux would be drawn together in Champs Lge Draw!! :(((    I'v been told by a friend that a group of people attend regular games from the poitou-charente region, does anyone have any more information please. Hi All,  Just completed on house (department 86) looking to move in around May 06. Advice/comments required please: 1. Best places to purchase Washing/Dishwasher/Fridge/Freezer appliances etc, (existing appliances are to remain in house, we are going to let UK house).  or 2. Bring out existing appliances all Zanussi and buy new in UK to replace with say cheaper models for UK house. 3. Prices better in UK or France. Thanks in advance for your comments Regards Chris.

Hi all, (Posted under western France section, sorry but should have been posted here) Im planning a "trial run" (approx late Jan early Feb 06) for the journey i will be taking weekly to London from Balandiere (vienne 86) once we have relocated to our new home. I have all train times to and from nearest train station, St-Saviol to Poitiers (SNCF) and flight times to and from Poitiers to Stanstead. However could someone please help me with the following questions...... 1. How do I get to Airport from Poitiers SNCF?? (vice versa if different) 2. Approx time it takes?? 3. Costs?? Also if anyone commutes to London?? please share your hints and tips with me, I intend to use various options and will be going to London once a week i.e (Tuesday am to thursday pm) via plane or train to waterloo??.
