Well here in the Pas de Calais I am the only lady in the Salon who does not have colour applied. I am au natural grey, my hair did get a bit healthier when I stopped colouring it but no great difference.

Thanks Russethouse. Yes, a french friend described it as my body being in shock after my op. I cannot take any HRT due to BRCA2 gene. So am a bit stumped. Any suggestions anyone, if not I'll go see the doc. Ta Suey

Surely it is better to visit the dr for the prescription three monthly, at least then you have the basic checks done. Suey

Until I moved to France I could not remember the last time I had my blood pressure taken and had no idea what reading was normal. Now every three months it is taken by my Dr, at the same time as he checks my heart and pulse. Mind you perhaps he is checking for a pulse!! Brilliant service. Suey

'Little England' will you be watching?
sueyh replied to Jacqui Too 's topic in The Complete France Post Bag

I am assuming that being in France I wont be able to watch it on catch up TV on the net whatever it is called.
You can if you download 'ExpatShield'. That is how I shall be watching it later on, as nothing comes between us and our weekly fix of University Challenge which is on BBC 2 at the same time as Little England. Sue
Oh yes, we too really cannot miss our weekly bit of "let's try and understand the question!" Sometimes we do actually manage an answer. Brilliant programme. Suey -
Deb, Grains de Lin d'or are really good for the digestion. Sue x
