Getting new bank card

I recieved a letter about a week ago informing me my new bank card was on it's way by post and I got it today no signing to do (Banque Populaire) all automatic as the UK.

We are with credit mutuel and they usually send a letter saying the new cards are ready for collection from the branch. I usually fax them and ask for he cards to be sent, which they do and charge the postage to my account. They also require a signed receipt to be returned saying you have received the cards, which they enclose with the cards.

In the event, I didnlt have to bother. Received an unsolicited e-mail today, in English, from the Manager to tell me that the card was there. After a couple of exchanges he's keeping it there for me to collect. Nice one.
