Cotisations on dividends

Forgive me if this has been covered elsewhere I've searched but cannot see an answer. As a director of a UK limited company who is resident in France would I have to pay any cotisations on dividends earned from said company (I take no salary) ?

Presumably these dividends would also have to be declared on my french tax return ?

cheers !

I will shortly be in the same boat. I understand that you will have to pay 11% social charges against your dividend income (unearned income). Are there any other shareholders of the Ltd company that will remain and work in the UK are are you 'it'? If the latter, there may be even more onerous tax demands on the Ltd company, judging from the most recent info that I have received

There is another director who is remaining in the UK. We are still looking for a suitable accountant over here, by suitable I mean one who doesn't want to sell me a pension or one who doesn't charge €300 per hour who estimated the advice I need would take five hours to proffer
