Mike1958
Can anyone point me in the right direction to find out the rates for claiming mileage for business use of a private vehicle. I know there are a set of tables and I know that you have to use the corresponding code from the Certificat d'immatriculation. The other problem is that I cant see a code though it is probably thereBy the way it is for a Land Rover Defender 110 with an engine size of 2495cc if that helps. Many thanks
cassis
http://www.e-locaux.com/frais_kilometriques.htmThe CV fiscale should be on the carte grise.
Mike1958
Many thanks for the link to the table, would I be right in that P.6 (puissance administrative nationale) denotes the CV value?
Sunday Driver
Yep. P.6 = CV
Benjamin
It's a little puzzling if these are rates officially accepted by the tax authority as to why they are so much greater than the rates reimbursed by CPAM when you qualify for a bon de transporte. Sunday Driver
Impots rates are for allowable for business use whereas CPAM reimbursements are for private use.........perhaps?
Benjamin
Possible of course but unless there's a hidden rate somewhere the taxi ambulances that many eligible people use must be getting the same (lower) rate.
Sunday Driver
Wouldn't taxi ambulances be business vehicles rather than private vehicles being used for business purposes?
cassis
Given the rates they charge, I would say yes.
