Corsican cheese

Goooooooooooood evening Corsicaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HyperU have had some very tasty Corsican cheeses in recently.

Can't remember names exactly - Lepita, I think, covered with herbes de maquis, and Montarossa, ouf, it didn't quite explode, but if I'd left it for another 45 minutes, who knows what might have happened. It could have turned into a Cheese of Mass Destruction.
