zeb Posted March 31, 2005 Share Posted March 31, 2005 It's at Lizant off the Ruffec to Civray road. I havent been for ages and then it was only open on Thursday, Friday and Saturdays from 5pm. Thanks[/quote]Fish & chip shop in Lizant is still open Thursday, Friday & Saturday from 5.00pm. Now under new management. Service can be slow as all orders are cooked individually, so telephone your order in for collection at a specific time.On a visit two weeks ago the cod & chips were excellent.Nearby, in Vouleme, the Little Kitchen cafe/restaurant does an excellent fish and chips at most times of the day for 5€.
