Supposedly with a 49 post code ...2 friends of mine have booked a self-catering there during September and they are not too sure they've made a mistake ...They wanted to be more or less central for visiting the chateaux in the Loire Valley ... What's to visit around St Macaire, eat, drink etc...Goodness knows how they got that address, they are the most hapless of couple I have ever met ... Reasonable selection within a few kilometres :http://www.pagesjaunes.fr/Not too bad for visiting Chateaux, we went down with Chateau fatigue after four days at Fonteneay l Abbye which is abiut half an hour away.
