Montpellier Airport to Sauve (Gard) by public transport

Hello, I'm trying to work out the detail of getting from Montpellier Airport to Sauve (D999) by bus. Can anyone point me in the direction of the correct timetables to refer to.

Not an easy one, I’d say!

First off, you’d need to take the navette (shuttle bus) in to Montpellier. They’re every half an hour or so.

From there, there looks to be two options.

Either ........ bus 108 to Ganges (herault-transport.fr) & then the D40 to Sauve (edgard-transport.fr).

Alternatively, a bus to Nimes from Montpellier & then the D40 to Sauve.

Both options are grim - you’d be lucky to do it much quicker than a day!
