Offers tend to be more tailored to circumstances, for instance banks will offer better rates on properties that have better the energy ratings. There are sites where you can put in details of what you want and supposedly get quotes, but whether those banks are guaranteed to actually offer you that deal when it comes to the crunch, I rather doubt.
