Makes as much sense to me who lives in the SE and not too far from the Swiss and Italian borders being lumped with those living on the spannish border, at least I am classed as being in the SE though. Hey my part of France was part of Belgiuim untill not too long ago - and before that, part of England!!!! I have been told in the past that there is some logic to this, but it really took the biscuit when I saw that the Nord Pas de Calais was NW France.
