Tresco
Welcome to the forum, WTG.Whereabouts is that little town of Benooit-du-Sault?You can edit your profile to add it at the top of the page, where it says 'edit your details'. Dick Smith
I can't make it work - I can get the map but not navigate on it, so the names etc are off the picture and I can't read them.
Tresco
Hi Fluffster. Steve (Temps Perdu) is looking into the missing Frapr Map. Something to do with 'Myspace' which has taken over the world, apparently.
Dick Smith
Nah, I can see the map, it just doesn't work. Or am I talking about a different map?
Tresco
I get a Frapr message saying 'page not found'. Let's let Temps Perdu sort it out. It's all his fault for making it in the first place.[:D]I have alerted him to this serious problem, by the way.

Tresco
Don't forget to feed it some Bursar's Dried Frog Pills.Well, they can't do any harm, can they?
Dick Smith
They work for the bursar, mostly.I'm currently trying to source wow-wow sauce. On topic - we never moved to France, but we bought the bit we did so that we can get there easily, because the area is deeply quiet and rural, and it was cheap. It's in Manche, not far from Mortain/St Hilaire du Harcouet.
Tresco
On topic. We bought where we did because we suspected that one day all the cheap flights would end, and where we live is withing short of a day driving distance to various people we like to see from time to time. Mums, sons...Off topic. I'd like some wow-wow sauce.

Keni
Hi, it's Keni here (female) - hi Cassis & coWe are in the Haute Vienne - Marval actually. We thought we'd found a small rural village, only to discover that half of Britain actually lived there. Most seem to have been in the area for years and years. We are still sloooowly doing up our ancient pile (painful) and look forward to the day when we can be there permanently.Recommend Les Fueilladiers (spelling bad) in our village - Dominic puts together some great food, my hubby recommends his fish menu - I can't, allegic to the stuff, perhaps the Bursar's pills might work for me. Great to see so many Pratchett readers in one place!!Keni
Cassis
As long as it's not half of Britain you wanted to get away from, it sounds like you should be okay. [:)]
