Moorejw Posted March 8, 2004 Share Posted March 8, 2004 Does anyone have any experience of selling UK shares from France? All the on-line dealers insist that you are a UK resident, and our bank also! Steve Posted March 9, 2004 Share Posted March 9, 2004 I have just arranged for my UK bank to sell shares on my behalf. I also had trouble with non UK address but my bank (HSBC) will do it. I had to send them the share certificate together with a signed crest form and a sell order form for an account holder.
