Kath
We have been given some fireworks and would like to have a bonfire and fireworks party on November 4th or 5th.We have a large field, approx six acres and we are on the edge of a hamlet. Does anyone know if there are any laws we should know about, regarding fireworks here. We would of course let our neighbours know what we intend to do. The fireworks will not last more than an hour and we would have them fairly early.Kath
Missy
Not only the neighbours but you should warn the local fire department and the Mairie as fireworks are not expected on 5th Nov in France. .....being a Sunday .... small village etc.... Kath
Thanks for your replies. We will probably do it on the Saturday evening rather than the Sunday don't want to be competing with the shotguns!! Have removed any loud bangs from the box. Its only going to be a small affair, but will inform the Marie and the Pompiers.Kath
