It nearly happened in the UK, but Bill Gates came over and met Tony and promised lots of cheap rubbish sorry computers for schools and guess what? Yes, that's right, the taxpayer contributes unnecessarily to Gates' billions. Laugh? Well, no, actually.Though Unix might be a better idea.
