junebaby
Hi everyoneWe are moving to France mid-May and someone has told me that you can also get French child benefit over there - is this correct? We have one child who is 6 years old and I currently receive Tax Credit and Child Health Benefit which will obviously stop once we move out of the country.Anyone else know anything about this?ThanksVicki
andyh4
The equivalent of child benefit is available in France, but I think only for the second and subsequent children.
Teamedup
Look on www.caf.fr and all benefits are there. Basic child benefit is only paid for two children or more. You will have to let the authorities in the UK know that you are moving to France.
