There will be a list of where and when this is available at your local Tribunal, or perhaps your Mairie knows. At least you could get a bit of free legal advice initially. They will tell you what is what and what you have to do and when.However at some point this will have to be dealt with by a legal person, maybe a notaire, I am not sure.
