France to reduce foreign entry

The unelected Minister of the Interior Claude Guéant (or Puant) as I call him has declared that there are too many foreigners entering France legally every year, and wants to see the number cut by 10%.

But those of you who still have the 'French Dream' needn't worry.

'Foreigner' in his mouth doesn't quite mean everybody...

He takes into account how sun-tanned you are.

Nor does he wish to give foreigners the right to vote in local elections.  The result might be foreign Maires....

And how did a certain hungarian family get into France I wonder? Legally?

I'm not surprised at this, it has always been 'floating' around. My conseiller at my bank said I wasn't foreign, I was anglaise and that was different. Maybe if I hadn't been white anglaise it wouldn't have been different at all.

Yes Albert, as stated in this article.

http://lci.tf1.fr/politique/vote-des-etrangers-plus-d-un-francais-sur-deux-dit-oui-6846555.html

but Claude Guéant who as I said above has never been elected believes himself above such things.

http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Claude_Gu%C3%A9ant

as he has the ear of the President

"Le pouvoir important qu'il a auprès du président de la République lui

vaut les surnoms de « cardinal », « Premier ministre bis » ou

« vice-président "

Nor is he above manipulating statistics even when he speaks to the Assemblée
