I believe a problem for the Judge, let's hope he is reminded that DSK boarded the plane with a private passport and not a diplomatic one. I have problems with this diplomatic immunity thing at the best of times. Respect for the laws of the country you are in seems primordial to me and not break their laws and yet from traffic offences to murder is commited and this is invoked and the person 'gets away with it'. My opinion on DSK, well, he is showing himself in his true colours yet again and I am just thankful he will not be the next president of France.
