alnmike Posted February 10, 2007 Share Posted February 10, 2007 I wrote and told CA I didn't need the letter, but they told me I had to have as system generated. And even if they could stop it, they would still charge!!I use Moneybookers.com for smaller amounts - the small % fee is offset by a good exchange rate, I feel.
