Iceni Posted August 10, 2004 Share Posted August 10, 2004 If you use this company for a hire car and have to cancel it for any reason and they accept that you need a refund, you need to be aware that it may take you a few months and a few phone calls, letters, e-mails, faxes etc to get your money.I was promised a refund in March. Today I have threatened them with legal action and they admitted that the refund has been aproved but not actioned despite repeated promises.
