mint
There is this bird that produces the most amazing builder's wolf whistle and I am hoping that as Chris pp is around, he'd be able to tell me what it is.Its whistle catches me out every time. I start looking around for builders, forgetting that I am walking all alone with only my dog for company in the French countryside with not a soul in sight.I'm always dressed neatly and decently but this whistle always makes me feel I might be showing too much flesh or worse. But, the bird's call does amuse me tremendously.............. water rat
Could be a Jay. They are great mimics. Our ones mimic my ""dog calling whistle" and the telephone bell which is outside. Great Fun!!
