Recipes for bread machines...

Has anyone got any good and tasty recipes for a bread machine (Morphy Richards). I've mislaid the booklet that came with the machine. In the past I used it to make cakes and jam too so any recipe would be welcomed.

Hi Ruthie

I have two Morphy Richards and downloaded the instruction books for both from the Internet (Morphy Richards site) when we came here as they got separated from the machines and are in boxes somewhere.

I currently make far better bread in France than I ever did in the UK and even when I use UK flour it is better - I put it down to the altitude 1,500 feet up. I know French bread has little gluten but I try to use 'semi complete' or brown flour for a change but even Carfour cheap and cheerful Farine de Bl Type 55 does a great job and I have not had one flat dense loaf since we got here.
