Ruthie
Has anyone got any good and tasty recipes for a bread machine (Morphy Richards). I've mislaid the booklet that came with the machine. In the past I used it to make cakes and jam too so any recipe would be welcomed.CheersRuthie

I know French bread has little gluten but I try to use 'semi complete' or brown flour for a change but even Carfour cheap and cheerful Farine de Bl Type 55 does a great job and I have not had one flat dense loaf since we got here.OK, there is a US Yahoo group for breadmakers which you have to join to get the recipes - http://groups.yahoo.com/group/bread-machineI have also found these sites on the web - http://www.best-bread-recipes.com/bread-maker-recipes.htmlhttp://www.breadmachinedigest.com/web-board/Give me the model of your machine - it might match one of mine.Hope this helpsDihttp://www.iceni-it.co.uk
