Llwyncelyn Posted April 6, 2007 Share Posted April 6, 2007 My experience and mine alone but I think this area is a desert in relation to gastronomie.The last visit before getting on the ferry from the Gironde side to Blaye was chicken wings in spices and out of a bag from the supermarket and that was in a supposedly recommended restaurant.The area north of Bordeaux has always been to my mine a nothing place.
