I have heard of a chabrol, but frankly I thought you cooked with it?.......... pécision, is it a typo? or maybe not. There must be some knowledgable people on here, I hope. They do it all the time here and although I don't know it's origins, but my late compagnon did it all the time as did most of his friends and family.
