Sarab Posted July 15, 2004 Share Posted July 15, 2004 Hi all,I think there are a number of Radio Amateurs on here so here goes ...I have a HAREC certificate from the UK authorities but cannot get any sense out of the ART people as to what to do with it !All I want is an F callsign so that I can start operating here without using the F/ prefix, can anyone help please ?Thanks in advance.MikeTM0AWS(SaraB's better half !!) You need to your UK certificate and proof of permanent French residence (e.g. utility bill), plus a cheque for €46.
