A week before the courts case my avocat informs me that he cannot continue as one of the firm’s partners is acting for the same company in question on another matter.Despite being highly unprofessional IMO, it strikes me as very odd that he did not know about this ‘ethical dilemma’ earlier.Anyone had similar?
