seb47
Does anyone have experience of pruning a paulownia tree? Ours is beautiful - purple flowers just appearing, but it's beauty is marred by the seed pods remaining from last year. I wondered if these could be pruned off when normal pruning takes place. I looked on the RHS website and they said paulownias dont 'need' to be pruned. Thanks, Sue.

seb47
Fantastic - thanks Gay - that's a useful site. By the way, can anyone tell me which supermarkets have the 'Rustica' magazine that I've read about on this site?Sue

Not all supermarkets are 'Presse' (you will see the sign outside) and so will not sell magazines or newspapers.
Christine Animal
Don't the fervent "Rustica" readers have a subscription? Here's their site, but their "abonnez-vous" page seems to be "en travaux".http://www.rustica.fr/
