Chancer Posted November 15, 2017 Share Posted November 15, 2017 I got a red V5c sent to me for my Caterham which has been Sorned since 2004, never changed hands nor road fund license renewed nor declared exported, it probably was around 2011/12 I thought it was a scam!!!
