cycas revoluta deco (palm type plant)

Does anyone know how to over-winter this plant? It is a palm type which is still in a pot, it is called "cycas revoluta deco".

We are in Agen area.

This is the Sago Palm isn't it?

Quite hardy by all accounts and can stand down to -11 deg C

It is confusing as we saw on this website, that it has to over-winter indoors. We bought ours at the local garden centre here in France, so I would expect it to be hardy.
