CeeJay Posted April 8, 2020 Share Posted April 8, 2020 The Government have issued an Emergency Ordinance in relation to extending time limits for legal processes.In effect the time limit has been extended for a further 3 months from the date the emergency was declared, i.e. 24th March 2020.If the state of emergency is to be extended then the 3 months will be applicable from that new date.That is the nub of the Ordinance but I am no legal expert and have only paraphrased the advice that I have been given by an avocat.
