We are seriously looking at ways of getting at leasttwo nights off a week. We are proposing to stop dinners on Friday andSaturday, it is Madam who wants to still carry on 7 nights aweek but I think once she gets used to having a certain two nights off,she will not be unhappy. Plus if Thursday and say, Sunday, sees noreservations for dinner, what sheer luxury it will be for us to sit andput our feet up.....How are things going for you in the beautiful south ?
