Judie
Does anyone know of a good, reasonably priced chambres d'hotes in the Arcachon area available during the 2nd week of September?
jon
Arcachon is not really an area for B and B...WHY NOT try looking at LaTeste...or Guijon Mestras.
Cendrillon
Just googled B&B Arcachon and loads came up also Trip Adviser listed lots in that area. Jon LaTeste...or Guijon Mestras. wouldn't happen to be your neck of the woods, would they?[Www]
jon
No La Teste and Guijon are just 10km from Arcachon and nearly 2 hours from us.You certainly have a one track mind/opinioun of me....I state what I know as correct.I do have enough clients staying with me to keep me happy....All is going well.I would imagine though that Arachon is full untill late Sept as it is the most known spot in the region.I know of other locations which are near enough and have beaches. So there is your answer. Judie
Perhaps my first post was not precise enough. My daughter and I would like to visit Arcachon but don't want to actually stay there - anywhere within 30 to 45 minutes would be fine.I don't know the area at all well, but would prefer to be inland and slightly south rather than nearer Bordeaux.I've already looked at Tripadvisor and nothing took my fancy immediately.Any recommendations would be great.
