Lisa
Hi there,Is there anyway I can find out the requirements of room/bathroom sizes etc that GdF and Clevacances want for their gradings. We have finally found a suitable house and are looking to do B&B just for 2 rooms, I know we won't make any money but it will be only for pin money and to keep my hand in, yes, I also know how much hard work it is. I have done it before and have had some really nasty inspectors and in one case had to go to appeal because she gave such a nasty report, so I have learned that is it better to be for warned and to get as much information as possible.rgdsLisa
Quillan
I really can't remember but you can contact either and they will give you an information pack. One thing I do know is the minimum size for a bedroom (excluding bathroom) is 10m2, less than that and you can't get a grading for the room. It is done on a room by room basis and then the property as a whole.
Lisa
Thank you Quillan, I thought it was about 10m2 for the rooms, so I'm ok there, they are both about 20m2. I will write to both GdF and ClevacancesrgdsLisa
