James47210 Posted August 12, 2010 Share Posted August 12, 2010 Good Morning,Has anyone had any experiences in getting the French food hygiene Certificate for their home kitchen? We are planning to sell cooked food at our local farmers market.I would assume it would be similar to the UK as the regulations stem from the E.U. but as ever, in france, you never know!I have tried reseaching this on the internet but cannot even find the correct name of the certificate.
