Recently back from France but never got to the Auchan store in Perigueux, owing to accompaying friend who had to be fed a daily diet of ancient architecture and got tetchy on shopping trips. What would be the position regarding obtaining a certificate of compliance if one buys from a superstore, I wonder? It appears a book will be published on Swimming Pool safety on 1.6.04. So surely, it has to be better to wait before purchasing any fencing? Can AFNOR really have approved any fencing already? I really dont know. I am loathe to use the horrible green fencing if for instance a wooden fence would do. We are not giting this year, so I suppose it isnt that important to us.
