cooperlola Posted May 14, 2007 Share Posted May 14, 2007 I asked this a long time ago and somebody said you can buy them in stationary shops (try Majiscule -sp?). On the other hand, it's best to get this drawn up by a notaire, from both your points of view. They will need to be either English speaking themselves or you will have to have a translator with you who will also sign all the documents - I know because I did this! As we are both still in the UK, I wanted to get something signed before I next go out this month so i can sort out phone lines and bills etc - would an agreement in English suffice, I suppose not?
