Lwr Normandy - Long Term Let Required. Large property 5+ bedrooms.

Professional couple with children & Good references require a large property to rent....      from September 2007

Rural with 5 + bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 2 or more reception rooms & lots of space,

Ideally with large garden, large garage or barns/storage area or out buildings. - - possibly farmhouse with surrounding buildings & some land -(acre or few).

Area in or near Lessay / Valognes / Coutances / St-Lo / Bayeux / Caen-(not city) / Lisieux,  possibly Rouen-(not city)...... however any surrounding area will be carefully considered if suitable.  Easy access of Ferry Ports would be desirable.

We are NON smokers, have well behaved children & have NO animals or pets.

We aim to move from September 2007 & ideally require a property we can rent for at least 1 year, possibly more until we buy our own property.

Initially, whilst family reside in France, I will commute working from the UK in Oil/drilling industry, whilst looking for technical/specialist work in France for 2008/9.
