Storgage in Carcassonne area

We will probably need to find storage for 3-6 months in the Carcassonne area. Can anyone recommend anywhere and if possible let us know what sort of costs per square meter per month we would be looking at.

Also what sort of price range should we be expecting to pay for a 2-3 bedroom rental property for the same period of time and are they easy enough to come by?
