Do you work?There's a lot of information on the CLEISS website:http://www.cleiss.fr/particuliers/index.htmlI would visit your caisse and ask them, if it is a case of stopping paying cotisations but I can't find any sort of "termination" form on either the Amelie or CLEISS websites.
