I bought a phone last Nov. with a contract 'temps libre' at 20 euro a month and now they keep charging me 46 euro a month. Endless arguement - sorry I mean discussions - on the 'phone have produced an apology and umpteen promises to put it right and nothing happens. How do I get this put right? Its driving me mad.
