House must be *properly* insulated, but otherwise condition unimportant, though we need broadband for work, and would prefer something without close neighbours. Mindmyhouse has several adverts, but they are mostly a couple of years out of date, and the other one has 14 for the whole of France!Plus people tend to be wanting someone to look after dogs, and my cat is very timid and doesn't like dogs. I'd really rather just rent from someone who is going back to the UK for the winter or does gites during the summer and can't let their property out of season.Will keep looking.
